• WN Foods manufactures liquid food products such as sauces, marinades, and dressings. We pack in packets, bottles, pails, totes, drums etc.

• Our manufacturing process starts with our research & development team, which will use your existing recipe and develop for our production equipment.

• After samples and pricing has been established and approved by you, we manufacture your product then pack out.  

• Finished products are placed on pallets to be picked up by your shipping service.

• Our current minimum order is 10,000 lbs/formula/packaging configuration. We will consider lower minimum order quantities in special circumstances.

• Due to fluctuations in supply chain, initial pricing is good for 30 days.

• Some products may initially receive estimated pricing and require a test production run to confirm or adjust pricing.

• Customers are financially responsible for all packaging and ingredients unique to their items.

• Our production schedule is also currently impacted and new projects may take 4 – 5 months to launch.

• We charge $1,000/sku or formulation for R&D work (including sourcing new ingredients, certifications, paperwork…) for the first two iterations of your product.

• Generally, we successfully develop new customer’s product in the first two iterations. 1st generation samples generally take 2 – 3 weeks depending on ingredients.

• Pricing depends on the specific ingredients, packaging, and certifications your product requires. Price quotes are subject to change at any time depending on constantly changing raw material pricing.

• Lead time for first production is currently around 6 - 8 weeks (upon approval of sample/pricing) pending availability of ingredients which we may not carry in inventory.

• Once production is completed, all products need to be picked up from our office/warehouse in Hayward, California within 5 days.
